You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Xinghui.pics reserves the right to remove any content from the App that violates these terms or that we otherwise deem inappropriate.

Accuracy of AI-Powered Editing

The Xinghui App utilizes AI-powered technology to edit photos. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality results, the accuracy and effectiveness of the AI editing features may vary depending on the specific image and editing parameters. Xinghui.pics does not guarantee that the AI editing features will always produce perfect or desired results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the edits made by the App before sharing or using the edited photos.
